I live a simple lifestyle.
I don’t buy unnecessary things, I don’t put myself into debt, and I hate clutter and complication.
I eat two meals a day, mainly protein and fats, with some carbs depending on my energy levels
Many people would consider my lifestyle to be that of a Spartan or a Warrior, and they wouldn’t be wrong.
I believe in discipline, consistency, perseverance, hard work, standing up for my beliefs and keeping things as simple as possible.
This website is about helping you attain your best body & health while fixing your mindset.
If your goal is to lose fat from your problem areas (belly, legs, arms) so you can look better naked, or you need to fix your health so you can live a longer, more vibrant & disease free life – or, you want to add muscle to your frame so you can be the man you want to be (or you want to do all of the above) – this website is for you.
Some of the things I talk about on this blog are not politically correct, and I make no excuses or apologies for my opinions and beliefs.
If you are seeking a “judgement free zone”, a participation trophy, or someone to sugarcoat laziness, excuses and weakness, this is not the website for you.
Changing the way you look and feel is not easy.
It can be downright brutal and depriving, but it is simple.
You don’t need expensive, shiny exercise equipment, a ton of money or a personal trainer, and you don’t need to follow some crazy, restrictive diet.
You don’t need harmful surgery, drugs, pills or expensive medical treatments.
What you need is the correct blueprint, and someone who will guide you in the right direction while sifting through the endless hype and BS found in the fitness, health and bodybuilding industries.
What took me many years of trial, error and frustration figuring out (I was rail skinny as a kid and slightly overweight in my early 20’s), you can achieve in a matter of weeks or months.
All you have to do is come back to this blog, and follow the simple advice I share with you.
I will show you the path to dominating any personal goal you set.
You will work hard, sweat and experience pain and hunger.
Taking it easy is not what this blog is about.
This site is about taking action, working hard, believing in yourself and failing forward (and not blaming anyone or anything when you experience failure and setbacks).
